A complete property management system — front desk to night audit — with a public booking page of your own. Guests book you directly at 0% commission, and the stay runs on one system: rooms, housekeeping, folio, restaurant, room service and mess.
Live room status, folio and night-audit close on one database
MakeMyTrip, Booking.com and Agoda fill rooms — and take a commission on every one of them. Without a booking channel of your own, the guest who would have called you anyway still arrives through a marketplace, and pays it a cut.
The front desk keeps a booking book, housekeeping keeps a status sheet, the restaurant keeps a bill pad, the mess keeps a coupon book. At checkout someone stitches it all together by hand — and the extras that quietly go unbilled are pure lost revenue.
Night charges posted manually, no-shows spotted the next morning, GST worked out on a calculator, and yesterday's occupancy number only trusted after someone re-adds the register. Reporting arrives too late to change anything.
A guest books on your own page, checks in at the front desk, orders from the restaurant, and the night audit posts and closes the day — all against a single folio, on one database, with nothing re-keyed.
Each property gets a public portal at /book/your-hotel with live availability, real room types and rates, instant confirmation, a trackable booking reference and post-stay feedback. We take 0% of it.
Front desk, occupancy board, walk-ins, housekeeping, incidents, cash shifts, restaurant POS, room service and mess. The daily work of a hotel, not just its calendar.
INR and ₹ formatting, the ₹7,500 GST slab boundary on room tariffs, DD/MM/YYYY dates, and Aadhaar / Passport / Driving Licence / Voter ID / PAN as guest ID types — configured, not customised.
Run it on our cloud, or install it on a machine in your back office — native installers for Windows, Ubuntu, RedHat, macOS and even Raspberry Pi, plus container compose files.
Screens built around the shifts your staff work — not a generic CRM wearing a hotel badge
A public page per property: live availability, rates, instant confirmation and booking tracking
Arrivals, departures, walk-ins, room moves and long-stay guests on one board
Floor view with six live states — available, occupied, reserved, dirty, cleaning, maintenance
Posts the night's charges, handles monthly rent, counts no-shows and closes the business day
One running bill per booking — charges, payments, deposits, splits, voids and a generated invoice
Table map, kitchen display, split checks, in-room orders and mess meal plans — billed to the folio
An analytics dashboard with the KPIs owners actually ask for, plus period-on-period comparison
Owner, Manager, Receptionist, Housekeeping and Restaurant Staff each see only their own surfaces
Twenty-one modules ship in the platform. These six carry the weight of the day.
Your own commission-free channel, live off your real inventory
/book/your-hotelArrivals, departures and everything that walks in unannounced
The floor, as it is right now — not as the sheet says
The day closes itself, and the numbers are right in the morning
Every plate served finds its way onto the guest's bill
Owner questions answered before they are asked
The same booking record follows the guest from your portal to the closing entry of the business day.
A guest lands on your booking page, sees live availability from your own room types, and confirms. The reservation, the guest profile and the folio are created in the PMS the moment they hit book — and no marketplace takes a cut.
The front desk checks them in, the room flips to occupied, housekeeping picks up the turn, and dinner, room service and mess meals all post to that same folio as they happen. Nothing waits for a bill pad.
At 01:00 the night audit posts the night's charges, flags no-shows and closes the business day. At checkout the folio already balances — invoice PDF, GST applied, and yesterday's revenue report is true.
OTAs are worth having. Being dependent on them is what costs you. A booking channel of your own changes the arithmetic on the guests who were coming anyway.
| Booking that arrives via… | Your own portal | An OTA |
|---|---|---|
| Commission on the booking | 0% — we take none | OTA commission on every booking |
| Guest record | Created in your PMS, yours to keep | Relationship sits with the marketplace |
| Rates & availability | Straight from your room types, live | Mediated by the channel's rules |
| Folio opened on booking | Yes — instantly | Entered by your staff on arrival |
| Post-stay feedback | Collected on your own booking link | Lives on the marketplace's review page |
| Visible in Booking Sources report | Yes | Yes — both, so you can see the mix |
A modern Angular front end over a Spring Boot service, with a schema managed by versioned migrations. It runs on our cloud, or entirely inside your property — the same product either way.
Indicative tiers in INR, exclusive of GST. Final pricing is agreed after a walkthrough of your property — and no tier ever takes a commission on a direct booking.

The booking portal is part of the PMS, not an add-on that syncs overnight. A guest books at /book/your-hotel, and the reservation, guest profile and folio exist immediately — with no commission taken by anyone.
Housekeeping, incidents, cash shifts, restaurant, room service and mess are shipped modules — not roadmap items. The operational half of a hotel is where the leakage is, and it is built.
Start free, and if your group would rather keep guest data on its own premises, install it there — Windows, Ubuntu, RedHat, macOS or Raspberry Pi, with the same features as the cloud.
Every property gets its own public booking page at /book/your-hotel. Guests see live availability from your own room types and rates, book, and get a booking reference they can track. We charge 0% commission on those bookings — you pay only your subscription. Bookings that still arrive via an OTA are captured too, and the Booking Sources report shows you the direct-versus-OTA split.
It is a complete property management system. Alongside the booking portal it ships 21 operational modules — front desk, reservations, rooms and beds, housekeeping, guests, folio billing, night audit, incidents, shifts, restaurant, room service, mess, inventory, reports and an analytics dashboard — all sharing one database.
Yes. The night audit runs on a schedule (01:00 by default, configurable) and posts the night's room charge to every in-house folio, handles recurring monthly rent for long-stay guests, and counts no-shows. You can also run it manually with a preview first, and the system blocks a duplicate run for the same date so no guest is ever double-charged.
Yes. India ships as a built-in country configuration with INR, the ₹7,500 room-tariff GST slab boundary (12% below, 18% at or above), DD/MM/YYYY dates and Indian guest ID types — Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID and PAN. Invoice PDFs are generated from the folio.
Yes. The F&B side includes a restaurant POS with a table map, kitchen display and split checks, recipe-linked stock inventory, table reservations, in-room room-service orders, and a mess/canteen module with meal plans, enrolments, daily menus and walk-in quick billing. Every charge posts to the guest's folio alongside the room.
Yes. Besides cloud SaaS, the platform ships an on-premise profile and native installers built with jpackage for Windows, Ubuntu (.deb), RedHat (.rpm), macOS (.dmg) and Raspberry Pi ARM, plus container compose files. On-premise runs on a file-based database by default or your own PostgreSQL.
Access is role-based across five roles — Owner, Manager, Receptionist, Housekeeping and Restaurant Staff. A single map decides both the route guard and the sidebar, so a housekeeper sees the rooms and housekeeping board while reports, night audit, staff and settings stay with owners and managers.
Yes — a Free tier covers a single small property so you can run the front desk and the direct booking portal end to end. Paid tiers are indicative and priced in INR; final pricing for boutique, hotel and group deployments is agreed with each property after a walkthrough.
Give us your room types and a week of your bookings, and we'll show you the front desk, the night audit and your own commission-free booking page — with your property's numbers in it.
Tell us about your property — how many rooms, what you run today, and how much of your business comes through OTAs. We'll set up a walkthrough of the PMS and your direct booking portal.
